About the Role

About the Role Our Housekeeping Team have new opportunities for Turndown Attendants to join us, as we embark on an exciting and busy high season. Reporting into our Head Housekeeper, you’ll ensure our suites are serviced and cleaned, ready for our guests to enjoy.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to all guests, giving a warm and friendly interaction
• Following daily plans, ensuring all rooms are serviced on time
• Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

About You

About You You’ll be an enthusiastic, organised and hard-working individual, who can follow instructions to work independently but can also work well as part of a team. You’ll also be a confident communicator who prides themselves of providing excellent customer service. Although recent relevant working experience is preferred, we offer full training for this role.
