Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing a leading regulated manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Shutdown Planner to work in Wrexham. The Maintenance Shutdown Planner will lead the planning and coordination of site shutdowns across a busy, regulated environment, managing multiple cycles and ensuring safe, efficient outage delivery.

Working closely with Maintenance, Calibration, Validation, Projects and Production teams, you will develop integrated schedules, identify critical paths

Qualifications

• Proven planning and scheduling experience in heavy engineering or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong project management experience managing multiple overlapping timelines and turnaround cycles.
• Technical understanding of plant equipment and maintenance logistics including scaffolding and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience leading daily execution meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of site shutdowns and turnaround activities.
• Develop integrated schedules and identify critical path activities.
• Coordinate contractor and material readiness to ensure safe and efficient outages.
• Drive successful shutdown delivery with Maintenance, Calibration, Validation, Projects and Production teams.
