Job Title: Turnaround Manager

At HC One, as a Turnaround Manager, you will be distinguished by your unparalleled kindness, influencing every aspect of your work across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role involves overseeing the improvement of underperforming homes, including those without current Home Managers. Responsibilities include developing a vision and values for each home, ensuring the team understands targets and regulatory compliance, and addressing specific deficits. Resident wellbeing will always be your top priority. Please note, this role may require national travel based on business needs.

About You

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5, and proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. Beyond qualifications, your ability to treat people with respect and kindness is paramount. You should be ready to take accountability and communicate considerately with residents and co-workers. If you are eager to make a meaningful impact and bring positive change to our care homes, we would love to hear from you.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
