Turn Around Manager

Salary: £55,000 per annum
Location: Ipswich
Contract: FTC - 6 Months

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a Turn Around Manager on behalf of a client. The role involves implementing strong governance, enhancing clinical quality, ensuring compliance, and maintaining financial sustainability, all while providing high standards of person-centred care.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver and execute a strategic improvement plan to meet CQC standards.
  • Lead and stabilise the team, fostering a culture of accountability, best practice, and continuous improvement.
  • Overhaul clinical governance, care pathways, and risk management processes for individuals with brain injuries and neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections.
  • Improve financial sustainability through efficient staffing and resource management.
  • Rebuild trust and strengthen partnerships with families, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
  • Degree in Health/Social Care, Nursing, or Management with CQC compliance/leadership training.
  • Proven success in turning around RI/inadequate-rated services.
  • Expertise in neuro care, including brain injury and neurological conditions.
  • Deep understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.
