Career Moves Group is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to grow and nurture its Turkish creator community. Based in London with hybrid on-site presence Tue–Thu, the role focuses on building relationships with top Turkish creators, developing growth and monetisation strategies, and leveraging data to inform recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing external partners, clients, creators or influencers at scale.
• Confident interpretation of performance data, dashboards and metrics to drive recommendations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams and plan events.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with Turkish creators and partners.
• Develop growth, content and monetisation strategies using client data and insights.
• Analyse channel performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of client products and features.
• Manage partner conversations, resolve issues and advocate for creators.
• Develop partner strategies and identify opportunities within the Turkish creator ecosystem.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Policy, Risk and regional partners.
• Plan and deliver creator initiatives and events, virtually and in-person for 50–100 creators.
• Coordinate third-party agencies and strategic partners to deliver programmes and events.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Potentially travel to Turkey once or twice during the assignment.
