Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking an Inspector to join our shift-based manufacturing team. You will verify castings and turbine blades to ensure they meet quality specs, using plant equipment and inspection procedures.

Time served NVQ Level 3 and at least 2 years' experience inspecting turbine blades/NGVs are required. You will log defects, raise scrap when needed, and work with a colleague to hit shift targets.

Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) in relevant field.
• 2+ years' experience inspecting turbine blades and NGVs.
• Good communication and ability to follow procedures.
• Willing to take ownership and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect castings using plant and equipment.
• Follow inspection procedure cards and drawings.
• Log defects and raise scrap or salvage as needed.
• Record inspection data and coordinate with shifts.
