An established industry player seeks a Tunnel Supervisor to lead a skilled team on the M25 DBFO Network. Join our dynamic team as the Tunnel Supervisor on the M25 DBFO Network, where you will lead a skilled team of M&E Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for briefing your team, conducting site visits to ensure safety and efficiency, and overseeing people management for the workforce.
You will liaise with stakeholders such as the Tunnel Maintenance Manager, O&M Schedulers, Highways England, and sub-contractors. This position offers the chance to contribute to maintaining one of the UK’s busiest transport networks, impacting safety and operational efficiency.

Depot-based at the Tunnels with travel as required. Line management of operatives. Day shifts (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00) and night shifts (Monday-Friday 20:00-05:00, every 3 months).
