Judicium is seeking a Tuition Consultant in Manchester to match candidates with tutor roles and coordinate tailored tuition programmes. You will liaise with clients to design suitable offerings and drive adoption across the local area, while upholding safeguarding and ethical standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive, learner-driven approach to education and mentorship, with a commitment to ongoing personal development.

Responsibilities

• Match new candidates and transition existing candidates to tutors.
• Liaise with clients to structure tuition programmes per requirements.
• Market and sell tuition services to new and existing clients in the designated area.
• Ensure business activities comply with company policies, quality standards and values.
• Uphold safeguarding and protection policies according to guidelines.

If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Matchingnew candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
• Liaisingwith our clientsto structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
• Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and usingclientsinan allocatedgeographical area
• Ensuringall areas of the business are carried out in line withcompany policies, procedures, qualitystandardsand values.
• Ensuringthat the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are alwaysmaintainedin line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policyand alsoin line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.
