Job summary

Stena Line in Belfast is recruiting for a Port Operations role focusing on Tugmaster duties and vehicle movements. You will transfer trailers, assist with mooring and loading, and marshal vehicles for embarkation while maintaining high safety standards.

The role follows a rotating continental shift pattern within our busy port environment. Candidates should have experience operating large vehicles (HGVs or Tugmasters), hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to live within commuting distance

Qualifications

• Experience operating large vehicles such as HGVs or Tugmasters.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Tugmaster to transfer trailers on and off vessels.
• Assist with mooring and vessel loading/unloading procedures.
• Marshal freight and passenger vehicles for embarkation and disembarkation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across port areas.
• Follow structured operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Adapt to training on new equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth port operations.
