Job description

As a Sales Associate within Tudor, you will embody our core values, demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, and strive to exceed client expectations. You will serve as a role model and product expert, driving sales and ensuring targets are met and surpassed.

About The Role

Our Sales Associates are the face of our iconic brand, responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences. You will understand and learn about our customers, combining the art of selling with comprehensive product knowledge. This tailored approach helps achieve sales targets and encourages repeat visits.

Each day will present new challenges and experiences. Our teams work autonomously while maintaining high visual merchandising standards, managing stock levels, promoting our Harrods Rewards scheme, and gathering customer feedback.

You will be responsible for:

• Contributing to effective team communication
• Providing high-quality customer service
• Demonstrating thorough product knowledge
• Executing sales transactions efficiently and in compliance with all procedures
