Role Overview
You'll lead cleanroom welding for high-performance X-ray tube assembly, ensuring top standards in fabrication, safety and technical execution. This hands-on role combines production expertise with training, continuous improvement and technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleanroom welding activities and ensure safety compliance (COSHH, HSE, compressed gases)
  • Train and support welding staff to maintain production readiness
  • Maintain cleanroom discipline and prevent contamination
  • Refine work instructions and participate in process improvement
  • Execute all tube assembly tasks and support the wider production team

Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive cleanroom and TIG welding experience
  • UHV technology and leak-checking proficiency
  • Skilled in compressed gas handling and mechanical assembly
  • Independent, detail-focused, and proactive work ethic
