Overview

Tube Assembly Manager

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Role Overview: The Tube Assembly Manager (TAM) oversees the RTT X-Ray tube manufacturing process, including refurbishment. The TAM ensures a consistent flow of tubes, maintains high process standards, and promotes continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive production to meet targets.
  2. Manage departmental staff and maintain high performance standards.
  3. Generate reports and KPI graphs.
  4. Ensure health and safety compliance.
  5. Resolve production issues and engage relevant departments.
  6. Maintain clean room standards.
  7. Identify and implement cost and process improvements.
  8. Lead new product introduction activities.
  9. Maintain equipment and control budget.
  10. Foster interdepartmental collaboration.
  11. Recruit and train new employees.
