NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Trustwide ADHD Coach to deliver one-to-one coaching and group sessions, based at the Jane Atkinson Centre. The role focuses on empowering individuals with ADHD, promoting neurodiversity-affirming practices, and collaborating with service users and colleagues to design improvements.
With 30 hours per week, you will work across sites to support wellbeing and co-production, contribute to innovative service development, and help patients reach their goals.

As a Trustwide ADHD Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with ADHD by providing tailored coaching and support. You will work collaboratively with service users and colleagues to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices and contribute to the development of services that prioritise wellbeing and co-production. Your work will have a lasting impact on the lives of those you support, helping them to achieve their goals and navigate challenges.

High Cost Area Supplement – Outer London (B&D, Redbridge, Havering and Waltham Forest, CEME)
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,870 to a maximum of £6,137 p.a. pro rata for part time).
