North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Trustwide ADHD Coach based at the Jane Atkinson Centre to deliver 30 hours per week of coaching and group sessions for individuals with ADHD.
You will empower service users with practical strategies, promote wellbeing, and contribute to co-produced service improvements within our NHS Trust across North East London.

As a Trustwide ADHD Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with ADHD by providing tailored coaching and support. You will work collaboratively with service users and colleagues to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices and contribute to the development of services that prioritise wellbeing and co-production. Your work will have a lasting impact on the lives of those you support, helping them to achieve their goals and navigate challenges.

This post will be subject to a probationary period.
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,870 to a maximum of £6,137 p.a. pro rata for part time).
Although we are a registered sponsor organisation, we are unable to offer sponsorship for all job roles. Please check your eligibility under the UKVI points-based system. When calculating the basic salary for sponsorship, HCAS (High-Cost Area Supplement) is not included to ensure fairness and consistency within our Trust.
