Our highly ranked Private Client department in London, recognized in leading directories for its work in contentious and non-contentious Private Client law, is seeking to recruit two contentious Trusts & Private Wealth Disputes Solicitors or Barristers with 0 to 2 and 3 or more years' PQE/Call.

The firm has a strategic focus on Private Wealth and Private Wealth Disputes, with a growing team that collaborates closely with the non-contentious Private Wealth Team and other practice areas. The team primarily advises ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs, business owners, their families, and trustees globally, handling complex, high-value private wealth disputes with an international element. Notably, they have a strong presence in the Asian market, managing significant trust disputes, and also advise high-profile domestic dynastic families, with expertise in cross-border taxation issues.

Candidate Profile

We welcome motivated applicants with broader contentious experience, such as in commercial litigation, who have a keen interest in developing expertise in trusts and private wealth disputes. Applicants with prior experience in private wealth, trusts, or estate disputes are also encouraged to apply. Newly-qualified candidates who have completed a seat in non-contentious Private Wealth or Private Wealth Disputes and wish to specialise in contentious work will be considered.
