A health-focused charity is seeking a Trusts Manager to implement its strategy for growing and diversifying income from trusts and foundations. The role offers hybrid working from the Peterborough office and involves managing relationships and submitting compelling funding applications. Trusts manager. Contracted to our Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working. Salary £35,000 - £39,000 FTE depending on experience. Full time (37.5 hours) or part-time considered (minimum 30 hours per week).

We are looking for a talented trusts manager who will be responsible for implementing the trusts strategy, with a focus on significantly growing and diversifying income from new and existing trusts and foundations that can support our next five-year strategy. You will play a key role in developing and sustaining relationships, maintaining an up-to-date pipeline and submitting compelling applications, reports and updates. You will manage a portfolio of partners alongside prospecting new opportunities. You will have a passion for cultivating relationships and going above and beyond to develop lasting meaningful relationships with supporters.
You will operate with a hybrid, flexible working style and regular weekly office attendance is encouraged. The role is contracted to our Peterborough office. You will also be required to regularly attend external meetings and events.
