As part of this exciting role, you will lead Battersea's trusts fundraising strategy, managing a team of three and driving income growth from a portfolio of trust and foundation supporters. You will personally manage a selection of high-value relationships, including trusts capable of making six and seven-figure gifts, while overseeing pipeline development, budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure a collaborative and strategic approach to trust fundraising, stewardship and income generation.
