Ath by Ashby Jenkins Recruitment Ltd in London is recruiting a part-time Trusts and Grants Lead (20 hours per week, job share) to sustain and grow income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders for East London youth work. Hybrid working with at least one onsite day per week.

The role requires proven success in securing grants, excellent grant writing, and strong stakeholder relationship skills. Salary is £43,000–£45,000 pro rata, with 33 days leave pro rata and a training budget.

Formación

• A strong track record of securing five and six-figure grants from trusts, foundations or statutory funders.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience developing high-quality grant applications and reports.
• The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, funders and a wide range of stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the fundraising landscape and how grant-making organisations operate.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality funding proposals and grant applications.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with funders and funders’ networks.
• Collaborate with delivery colleagues to create compelling funding opportunities aligned to strategic priorities.
