Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 per annum depending on skills and experience.

Serpentine is seeking a skilled Trusts & Foundations Manager to join our passionate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent writer and confident fundraiser to play a key role in generating vital income that supports some of the most ambitious contemporary arts programming in the UK and beyond.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience writing successful trust and foundation applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of UK grant fundraising and familiarity with the arts funding landscape
  • Experience managing donor relationships and using CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
  • Organised, proactive, and flexible – able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • A team player with a genuine passion for the arts
