Baker Dearing Educational Trust seeks a part-time Trusts & Foundations Manager to lead fundraising across England. Home-based with occasional travel, you will build a pipeline, craft tailored funding applications and manage the full grant lifecycle from application to renewal.

You will work closely with leadership to gather evidence and impact data, maintain records and report progress to senior stakeholders, driving growth and opportunity for UTCs.

• Proven success securing income from charitable trusts and foundations.
• Experience researching funding opportunities and developing persuasive proposals.
• Experience managing multiple applications, deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Commitment to improving opportunities for young people through education.
