TSR Legal is partnering with a regional firm to recruit a Trusts & Estates Executive for its Private Client team. The role supports administration and compliance management of UK trusts, ensuring HMRC reporting and regulatory obligations are met accurately and on time.

You will assist with records, deadlines, and communications with trustees and clients, while developing technical knowledge within trusts and estates in a supportive, established team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Client, Trusts, Tax, Accountancy or Legal Services.
• Basic understanding of UK trusts and HMRC trust processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of trusts and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor compliance requirements and key deadlines.
• Assist with HMRC forms, reporting and tax processes.
• Maintain trust records and up-to-date information.
• Support trustees and senior colleagues with trust administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
• Build relationships with clients, trustees and stakeholders.
• Provide high standard of client care and service.
