Job summary

Clayton Legal seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Executive to join a Private Client team. You will handle the administration and compliance of UK Trusts, working with trustees and senior colleagues on HMRC reporting and statutory deadlines while managing trust-related tax matters.

Private Client experience across Trusts, Estates, or Tax is preferred. You should be confident handling your own workload, with strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Good hands-on Trusts experience - essential.
• Private Client experience, ideally across Trusts, Estates or Tax.
• Confident managing their own workload and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable dealing with clients, trustees and professional advisers.
• Willingness to develop Trusts knowledge further.
