About The Team

About The Role

The team is now seeking an Associate or Senior Associate-level lawyer with circa 2-7 PQE to join in Nottingham, working under the guidance of Sarah Phillips and Rebecca Martindale. The role involves handling matters such as setting up and administering Trusts, including those for vulnerable beneficiaries, and assisting with tax compliance tasks like registering trusts, estates, properties with TRS, preparing various tax returns, and IHT returns for Trusts.

This position offers opportunities for professional development, working on high-quality instructions, with support for business development activities.

Your Skills And Qualifications
  • Relevant previous experience with appropriate post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven financial management skills and ability to meet client expectations
  • Good IT skills, experience with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starting, friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Embodies the firm’s values
