Trusts Adviser - Cardiff
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen in the Cardiff office of this leading UK law firm for an experienced Trust Adviser to join their Trust Management and Advisory team, part of their highly regarded Succession and Tax Practice Group.
This is an excellent role for someone with extensive knowledge of trust management, ideally gained within a trust company, financial institution, or private client team. You'll be working closely with the Trust Manager, tax technicians, and senior lawyers in a team that provides specialist advice to a wide range of trustee clients.
The firm's succession and tax team is known for delivering high quality advice on estate planning, Wills, Court of Protection, trust management, and estate administration. This role will see you advising on trust structures, distributions, IHT and CGT planning, trust wind-ups, and charitable trusts, with additional involvement in mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal technical development.
You'll also have the opportunity to support wider tax projects and collaborate across departments, particularly with the charities and private wealth teams. This is a client-facing role with genuine scope to build long-term relationships and carve out a strong professional profile within the firm.
