Demelza Charity is seeking high-calibre individuals to join our team of Trustees.

About Demelza

Trustee Role

No previous Trustee experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and cover all out-of-pocket expenses. The time commitment is approximately 3 days every 3 months, including meetings of around 2 hours and preparatory reading, with dates provided a year in advance.

Specialist Recruitment Focus

This year, we are specifically seeking individuals with expertise in retail to support our trading and retail activities, which are vital for our work in providing palliative and end-of-life care to children and young people.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and advise on developing and implementing an ambitious retail strategy to enhance our operations and increase revenue.
  2. Collaborate with a diverse team to align retail activities with Demelza’s overall goals, benefiting the children and families we serve.
  3. Utilize your retail expertise to initiate partnerships and drive new initiatives.
