Trust & Tax Solicitor / Legal Executive - Dorchester

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a leading Dorset and Somerset practice who are looking to recruit a 4+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Trust and Tax team in Dorchester.

As part of this highly regarded team, you will handle a range of trust and tax matters, including:

  1. Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns for individuals.
  2. Advising on income tax, capital gains tax, and relevant tax reliefs.
  3. Managing and administering trusts, ensuring compliance with taxation and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Strong experience and technical knowledge in trust administration and tax compliance.
  2. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  3. Confidently managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

This role is ideally full-time, but part-time hours will be considered.
