A leading educational Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Headteacher to enhance academic standards and foster community relations. The ideal candidate will lead teaching and learning, create an inclusive school culture, and ensure the holistic development of students. We are looking for a Headteacher who can forge constructive relationships beyond the school, working in partnership with parents, carers and the local community and develop and communicate a shared educational vision that expresses the core values of the Trust, is responsive to the needs of the local community, and motivates and inspires others.

We are seeking a headteacher who will lead on school improvement whilst acting as a servant leader engaging with parents, carers, the wider community and colleagues from across our Trust and school family.
The Headteacher is directly accountable to the CEO for the implementation of the strategic and operational priorities within the school and Trust on a day to day basis, with oversight by the Trustees. The Headteacher will act as a role model for all in our school community.
