Wave Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Trust School Improvement and Performance Lead to drive school performance across Devon and Cornwall. This on-site, part-time role focuses on strengthening educational quality and supporting leaders across our academies.

You will lead the Trust's approach to performance intelligence, linking data to improvements and helping schools close gaps to raise outcomes for pupils.

As Trust School Improvement and Performance Lead, you will work alongside our Trust Inclusion Lead and Trust Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attendance Lead, and our committed team of School Leaders to ensure that every academy benefits from strong support, constructive challenge and high expectations. You will lead the Trust's approach to performance intelligence and school improvement, helping leaders use evidence effectively, strengthen the quality of education and secure improved outcomes for pupils.


This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and values-driven leader who is passionate about educational excellence, inclusion and social justice. You will have the chance to influence practice across the Trust, work directly with academy leaders, lead improvement initiatives and provide operational leadership support where it is most needed.
