We are seeking someone who will validate new supplier sign-ups/accounts and provide support to customers regarding trust and safety issues.

General Responsibilities:

  • Investigate suppliers and bookings using information provided by the customer
  • Analyze information and make conclusions efficiently about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
  • Make justifiable decisions regarding evidence found and relate this to how we can proceed with new customers

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience in a research environment is advantageous
  • Confident in using a computer
  • Prior experience with Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or related experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software within a Customer Service role is desirable
