Trust People Business Partner (HR)

Permanent

37 hours per week

Term time plus two weeks (41 weeks)

Grade 6 (FTE £33,699 to £39,862) Actual £30,742 - £36,364

This is an exciting time to join Castle Phoenix Trust, to feel valued as we progress on our journey of continued success and growth. We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive support as part of the Central Services team.

You will play a key HR role to the portfolio of schools in our Trust, in which we employ 650 staff. The role entails providing a full range of employee relations advice, undertaking case and project work and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward-thinking environment and to put your strong HR skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional and friendly environment. Experience in the education sector would be desirable, as would using electronic management information and HR systems.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude, the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.
