Trust Operations and Safety Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible
NJC Band 10 Points 37 - 39 (Salary £46,731 - £48,710)
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, full year, part-time / term-time plus hours considered
Contract: Permanent

The Achieve and Learn Trust is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trust Operations and Safety Manager to deliver high-quality, professional services across all our Trust schools.

Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, the successful candidate will be key in ensuring high standards of Health & Safety compliance and Estates Management. They will collaborate with Senior Leadership Teams at each school to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality learning and working environment.

The role requires strong organisational and people management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and maintain composure in busy school environments.

We are looking for someone with:
- Management and leadership experience, preferably in education
- Experience in action planning and team collaboration
- Knowledge of estate and operations management
- NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety
- Creativity and confidence to inspire and lead
- A commitment to student-centered decision making
