Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Trust Manager to join a growing team and ensure an efficient and quality client service delivery, whilst using your technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring service delivery adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical knowledge and guidance to clients to support quality service.
  • Contribute to a culture of risk awareness and strong administration to support business objectives.
  • Support and contribute to people management responsibilities, including mentoring and development of team members.
Qualifications
  • Relevant professional qualification such as STEP or equivalent, with related experience in the trust industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent all-round administration capabilities.
  • Aware of business risk and able to operate with a self-motivated approach.
  • Strong leadership skills to assist in developing and mentoring others.
