Teaching hours: 0.6 FTE will be based at one of Lionheart Trust's secondary schools. This will be matched to the candidate's experience, skills, and geographical preference where possible, but will reflect the needs of the trust.
0.4 FTE will be allocated to the successful candidate for a strategic role, focusing on developing leadership skills and undertaking improvement projects related to their subject and the trust’s development plan.

The candidate will work to ensure high standards of provision and a quality curriculum across secondary schools. They will support and facilitate professional learning among colleagues, working with our Computing Hub, managed by the National Centre for Computing Education linked to Beauchamp College.
The right candidate will be flexible, embracing opportunities to network across Lionheart schools with other subject specialists and leaders. They will be prepared to join other teams at different Lionheart schools after the initial year to support diverse contexts, gaining broad experience and developing into a future trust-wide leader.
The successful candidate will be a subject specialist, modeling excellence in the classroom by monitoring student progress and teaching across KS3 and KS4. Experience teaching at KS5 is desirable but not essential.
