Job summary

The Bishop Fraser Trust is seeking an experienced Trust IT Support Lead to oversee IT support across our schools. You will work with the central IT team, school leadership and technical colleagues to ensure staff and students have reliable, secure IT systems.

In this role you will provide technical leadership, manage priorities and escalations, mentor the IT Engineer, promote best practice and help develop Trust-wide IT processes as we move towards a unified Microsoft 365 tenancy and One Network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT support in a school or Trust environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and network technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of IT support across multiple sites.
• Line manage an IT Engineer and coordinate priorities and escalations.
• Drive Trust-wide IT projects and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure reliable, secure IT operations to support teaching and learning.
