Chief Executive Officer: Mr S French | Required: September 2025 | Trust HR Administrator | Level 4, 30 hours per week, Whole Year | Monday to Friday, 10:30am start, 4:30pm finish | Actual Salary £19,787 to £20,743

The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support its ongoing growth and development.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in administration. They will be highly organized, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. The role includes providing administrative support in areas such as staff absence, policy coordination, and organizing interviews. The role is crucial in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and contracts, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This position supports all functions of the HR department. Flexibility during busy periods is required.

The candidate should be able to build positive relationships across all academies in the Trust and be willing to work at various sites. Desirable but not essential skills include knowledge of HR practices, minute-taking, report compilation, and managing high workloads. Handling sensitive information professionally and maintaining confidentiality is essential.

Excellent spoken English communication skills are required to interact confidently with staff, students, and the public.
