NHS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL – TRUST GRADE STROKE MEDICINE (CT3+ SPECIALIST REGISTRAR) VACANCY – MIDLANDS

We are now recruiting Trust Grades (CT3+ Specialty Registrar Level) in Stroke for one of the largest University Teaching Hospitals in the NHS.

This post is ideal for those that are interested in pursuing a career in Medicine, and if you have recently gained your full MRCP but wish to expand your skill set and CV or gain further core level experience before looking to apply for a training number.

The post will be working across all stroke areas particularly on the hyper-acute stroke admissions ward, providing support and advice to junior doctors, as well as the ED team.

Post holders will be given the same training opportunities as other medicine doctors and would be supported to develop a CV suitable for applications to registrar/consultant posts. The Stroke department is enthusiastic and committed to training, with an active teaching schedule and opportunity to participate in audit.

There will also be opportunities to apply for a CESR training post for Stroke Medicine.

Summary Details:
- Salary Range £33,790-£53,132 depending on experience + 40%-50% banding
- Therefore gross salary will be £47,306-£74384 (at 40%) or £50,685-£79,698 (at 50%).
