This role involves budget oversight, strategic financial advice, and compliance with statutory regulations. We are seeking an ambitious Trust Finance Manager, who will be responsible for the effective financial management of the Trust’s schools, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and represent value for money.
You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations and each Headteacher to provide professional financial advice, support, and oversight.
The role will focus on supporting the budget-making process, monitoring budgets throughout the year, producing financial forecasts, and offering analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
This is a demanding role that will require:
We are looking for candidates with a professional qualification in accountancy such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.You must have proficiency in producing management accounts as well as have the experience and ability to confidently and professionally work alongside school leaders in budget setting, financial monitoring and reporting.
