Job summary

Excel Learning Trust is seeking a Trust Data Officer to support the Trust Data Lead in turning raw information into actionable insights. You will analyse, compare, forecast, and report on key metrics across our Trust—from student progress and subject performance to attendance and behaviour—driving continuous improvement and student success.

This role requires GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above or equivalent) and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

As our Trust Data Officer, you will play a key role supporting the Trust Data Lead in transforming raw information into actionable insights. You will analyse, compare, forecast, and report on key metrics across our Trust - from student progress, subject performance, and learning quality to attendance and behaviour - helping drive continuous improvement and student success.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above, or equivalent) and experience in data analysis. You’ll bring exceptional IT skills, a solid grasp of data protection standards, and the strong communication skills needed to translate complex data into clear, meaningful information for a variety of stakeholders.
