Job summary

Excel Learning Trust is seeking a Trust Data Officer to support the Trust Data Lead in turning raw information into actionable insights. You will analyse, compare, forecast, and report on key metrics across our Trust—from student progress and subject performance to attendance and behaviour—driving continuous improvement and student success.

This role requires GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above or equivalent) and data analysis experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above, or equivalent)
• Experience in data analysis
• Strong IT skills and data protection awareness
• Good communication to translate data for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Analyse, compare, forecast and report on key metrics across the Trust (student progress, subject performance, learning quality, attendance, behaviour)
• Support data-led improvement and inform decisions for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear information for a range of audiences
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards in all reporting
