Job summary

Excel Learning Trust is seeking a Trust Data Officer to support the Trust Data Lead in turning raw information into actionable insights that improve student outcomes.

You will analyse progress, attendance and behaviour; forecast trends; and report findings to leaders to drive continuous improvement. A GCSE in English and Maths, strong IT skills and knowledge of data protection are required, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of data protection standards.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, compare, forecast and report on key metrics across the Trust (student progress, performance, learning quality, attendance and behaviour).
• Support the Trust Data Lead in transforming raw information into actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to a range of stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Help drive improvements and student success through data-informed decisions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above, or equivalent) and experience in data analysis.
