Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is partnering with a financial services team to recruit a Contract Manager for Trust Administration on a 6 or 12 month basis.

You will lead a small team, oversee trust portfolios, ensure regulatory compliance, manage client relationships and support onboarding of new clients in a fast-paced environment. Strong fiduciary experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics at grade C or above.
• 3–5 years’ experience in fiduciary services administration.
• Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA are advantageous.
• Strong regulatory knowledge in fiduciary sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team responsible for trust administration.
• Overseeing administration of client trusts and regulatory compliance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Preparing for and attending client meetings, including post-meeting follow-up.
• Supporting onboarding of new clients.
• Reviewing team performance regularly.
