Qualifications

• Valid HGV/licence and relevant qualifications to operate vehicles in our fleet.
• Strong knowledge of road transport legislation and driver regulations.

• Ability to follow health & safety procedures consistently.
• Excellent customer service awareness and professionalism when dealing with partners.
• Flexible, team-focused and able to adapt to changing network needs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and secure goods safely.
• Deliver across the trunk network to distribution centres and depots.
• Maintain timetables and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
• Communicate clearly with partners and colleagues across the network.
• Follow safe systems of work and safety procedures at all times.
• Represent Dunelm professionally and maintain high safety standards.
