Job description

Our mission is to help people across the UK do more with their money by providing expert financial advice, exclusive investments, dedicated support, and award-winning technology. We launched True Potential in 2007 to bring our vision of Hybrid Advice to the UK.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position upon completion, with opportunities to gain financial qualifications and career growth in a leading wealth management firm through the TP Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle morning post, ensuring it is given to the correct team/person.
  2. Upload documentation to be sent to the financial adviser, adhering to the standards of the business.
  3. Provide documents/packs to be sent out to the financial adviser upon request.
  4. Manage email communication effectively.

You will be completing the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will attend Newcastle College one day per week.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
