Job summary

Moto is hiring a Truck Wash Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will clean vehicles and trailers to high standards, working outside in all weather, and move vehicles around the wash site with care.

No formal experience or degree is required; we’ll train you. Benefit from a bonus scheme, staff discounts, and enhanced pension and life assurance while you grow with the team. Working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work outside preparing and washing vehicles.
• Move vehicles within the wash facility on site.
• Use high pressure water jetting equipment and cleaners.
• Keep the site clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain Moto’s high standards in the HGV marketplace.

£13.40ph - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

As a Truck Wash Assistant, you will ensure our customers’ vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and in line with the guidance within the Site Support manual. You will clean all the areas a brush just doesn’t get to and ensure inside the trailers are also cleaned to standard.

What you will be doing:

• Working outside preparing and washing vehicles




• Managing the movement of vehicles within our truck wash facility onsite




• Working with high pressure water jetting equipment and the associated chemicals required to clean our customer’s vehicles.




• Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times




• Maintaining the high standards that Moto have set within the HGV marketplace

Due to some responsibilities within the role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
