Job summary

Volvo Trucks is seeking a Truck Sales Trainee in Norwich/Thetford on a two-year development programme. You will join the New Vehicle Sales team, building relationships with customers, learning the Volvo sales process, and developing presentations and product knowledge.

Regular travel across the region is expected, with uncapped commission after training and a company car after probation. Ideal for candidates in B2B sales or customer service seeking a formal sales career, with a full UK driving

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities in your territory.
• Learn the Volvo Truck Sales Process and understand customer needs to recommend transport solutions.
• Develop your sales skills through prospecting, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Build product knowledge across Volvo Trucks, including electric/gas and telematics.
• Use data and technology including CRM to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver the best solutions for customers.
• Attend customer and industry events and participate in Commercial Crew meetings.

Education

Full UK driving licence

GCSE English & Maths (grade 5+)
