Job Introduction
Motus Commercials, located in Sutton In Ashfield, is seeking a dedicated Regional Truck Sales Manager to join our friendly team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The role involves working,
5 days per week, Monday to Friday - hours to be discussed at interview
Salary - £30K OTE £50K

As our Regional Truck Sales Manager in Sutton In Ashfield, you should demonstrate:
• Experience in a sales environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• IT literacy
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Enthusiasm, teamwork, flexibility
• HGV license (desirable)
• Technical experience
Main duties include:
Maximizing sales of commercial vehicles, including Multi Support Contracts & Paccar Financial Products, to achieve profit and KPI targets. We value performance, service, integrity, and professionalism.
1. Generate gross profit from sales of goods and services, meeting targets.
2. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
3. Ensure vehicles and services comply with legal, contractual, manufacturer, and customer specifications.
4. Maintain accurate transaction records.
5. Properly appraise and underwrite part exchanges, with paperwork in order.
6. Use demonstration fleet in accordance with company policies.
7. Participate in marketing and sales activities, including evenings and weekends.
8. Keep product and legislative knowledge up to date.
