Truck Parts Specialist Wanted! Are you great at admin, quick on your feet, and love a good laugh? Then keep reading!

We’re on the lookout for a Truck Parts Specialist to join our fast-paced, team-driven workplace. If you’re a quick learner who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and can juggle admin like a pro — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supplying parts to our workshop (our biggest customer) and external clients.
• Managing and maintaining stock levels — from light bulbs to full engine rebuild kits.
• Using our digital system to track inventory, enter service sheets, and finalise invoices.
• Working directly with customers to understand their needs and source the right parts.
• Building great relationships with returning customers, especially those buying in bulk (filtration and oils are big here!).
• A master multitasker and admin superstar (seriously, this is key!).
• Experienced in or familiar with the transport industry — truck/trailer parts knowledge is a huge bonus.
• Comfortable with computers and digital systems (you don’t need to be a coder, just savvy).
• A people person: polite, professional, and ready to help.
• Someone with a great sense of humor and a team-first attitude. We work hard, but we have fun too!
• Able to adapt, pitch in wherever needed, and just get things done.
