Job summary

Mane Contract Services in the UK is recruiting Auto Electricians for a specialist engineering company based near Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on installing electrical control panels and complex wiring on large commercial vehicles and trucks, following engineering drawings to wire, fit and terminate components and cabling.

You'll work with data and comms cabling (RJ45, Cat5/Cat6), perform loom building, and use a range of crimping tools.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring drawings for industrial vehicles.
• Proficient using hand and power tools for electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Run wiring looms to specification for vehicle electrical installations.
• Install electrical control panels on trucks and vans.
• Wire complete systems onto chassis and fit data/comms cabling (RJ45, Cat5/Cat6).
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Use crimping tools safely and effectively.
