Job summary

Htc Shoreham seeks a driver trainer to deliver onboarding and familiarisation sessions for DAF truck owners and fleets in the Slough area. You will coach drivers on using advanced technologies to cut fuel use and emissions, while showcasing safety features like adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and lane departure warnings.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid heavy goods vehicle driving licence with Driver CPC card.
• Extensive background in commercial truck driving to build trust with drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions and familiarization drives for new DAF truck owners and fleet drivers.
• Teach drivers how to use advanced tech to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
• Explain and demonstrate safety features such as adaptive cruise control, AEB, and lane departure warnings.
• Deliver product demonstrations to customers.
