Job Description:

The Motorsport Competence Group AG is looking for a motivated and qualified truck driver at our headquarters in St. Ingbert at the earliest possible date.

Are you seeking a new challenge and want to contribute your skills to our team?

We offer a permanent position in a positive, performance-oriented environment with diverse tasks, performance-related pay, flexible hours, flat hierarchies, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, care, and maintenance of racing equipment
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Setup and dismantling at test and race events
  • Participation at race tracks
  • Maintenance of vehicle fleet
  • Assistance with customs documentation
  • Vehicle transportation
  • Logistical work at headquarters
Qualifications:
  • Qualification in mechanics or related field, or relevant motorsport experience
  • Good mechanical skills, experience as a mechanic or tyre technician
  • Valid C and CE driving licenses with code 95, and several years of driving experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, sense of duty, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends
  • German language skills are a plus
